For the Recipe
- 2 packets of Oreo cookies
- 2 tsp unsalted butter
- 6 tsp heavy cream
- 1 ½ cup dark chocolate
- ½ cup edible glitter
- Some rose petals for decoration (optional)
Directions

Take Oreo cookies in a blending jar and break them into pieces. Pulse the crumb in the processor until fine powder forms.

Transfer this powder to a bowl & add melted butter. Mix well until the mixture starts coming together.

Grease a 6” inch cake tin. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the base and sides of the tin. Transfer Oreo mixture to the pan & press this mixture firmly into the bottom of prepared tin, creating an even layer.

Take extra Oreo cookies and break them into small pieces.

Melt dark chocolate in a microwave and add some cream to it.

Add broken Oreo cookies to the melted chocolate and mix gently.

Pour the Oreo-ganache mixture over the crust in the 6" loose bottom pan. Smoothen the top with the help of a spatula and spread it evenly.

Spread some more chocolate ganache on the top of the cake to cover it entirely.

Take a clean rangoli stencil & carefully place it on the top of the cake. Sprinkle some edible glitter and make the rangoli design.

Gently remove stencil from the cake, decorate with some chopped Oreo biscuits & rose petals. Place the cake in the freezer for at least two hours to set.
Use 70% dark chocolate for better results.
If you don't have edible glitter, then you can make rangoli design with powdered sugar also.
