For the Recipe
- 2 packets Oreo cookies
- 1 bowl mango puree
- 2 bowls vanilla ice cream
Directions

Break Oreo biscuits with your hand.

Take a medium-sized bowl and mix vanilla ice cream and chopped Oreo biscuits.

Pour the ice cream mixture into a cake mould. Ensure the ice cream is slightly softened but not melted. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.

Once the ice cream cake is set, pour the mango puree over the cake.

Refrigerate again for 2 hours. Then garnish with some powdered Oreo.

Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
Use a chef's knife dipped in hot water for clean, easy slices.
