For the Doughnuts

1 cup Vegetable oil (for frying)
2 cups Pancake mix
36 nos Oreo CookiesBuy
¼ cup Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Take a deep pan. Add two inches worth of oil. Cover a plate with double layer of paper napkins.
Step 2

Take a plate and cover it with two paper napkin layers.
Step 3

Use the pancake mix package directions to prepare the pancake batter.
Step 4

Take three Oreo Cookies and, one at a time, dip them into the pancake batter.
Step 5

Put it in the hot oil. Cook for three minutes or until they turn golden brown. Keep turning them at regular intervals.
Step 6

Once done, take it out of the pan with a slotted spoon. Drain it on the prepared plate.
Step 7

Repeat the process with the remaining cookies. Once done, let them cool completely.
Step 8

Sprinkle powdered sugar on the doughnuts before serving. Oreo Doughnuts are ready!
