For the Recipe
- 8 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 1 packet Oreo cookies
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- ¼ cup cake sprinkles
Directions

In a blender, add 10-15 Oreo biscuits and 1 tbsp cocoa powder. Grind it and make a fine powder.

In a bowl, add Oreo powder, half a cup of milk, and half a tablespoon of baking soda.

Add matcha powder.

Mix it and make a lump-free batter.

Add in a lunch box and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.

Microwave & melt Bournville chocolate for 1 minute.

Pour the melted chocolate all over the cake.

Garnish with some sprinkles & your delicious Oreo lunchbox cake is ready. Enjoy.
Use high-quality, bright green colour matcha powder for the best flavour.
To make the cake creamier and sweeter, include Oreo cream as well. Separate the filling from the Oreo cookies and mix it with the cake batter.
While making the cake batter, sift the matcha powder well to eliminate lumps. This ensures a smooth and lump-free batter for a softer cake.
While pouring the batter into the lunchbox, try adding the chocolate and matcha layers separately for a striking look.
To keep the cake moist, soak it in a simple syrup of sugar and water before refrigerating it overnight.
If making a bright green matcha frosting, use high-quality, latte-grade matcha powder. Make sure it is not overmixed with the crushed Oreos.
Consume it within 3 days.
