For the Recipe
- 20 nos Oreo CookiesBuy
- 6 cups Cookies and cream ice cream, softened
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- 2 tsp Multi-coloured sprinkles
Directions

Step 1
Take 6 Oreo Cookies. Chop the cookies. Set aside.

Step 2
Take a 9-inch pan plate. Take the remaining 14 Oreo Cookies and use them to cover the bottom of the pie plate.

Step 3
Spoon the cookies and cream ice cream into the pie plate.

Step 4
Freeze for 3 hours or until firm.

Step 5
Sprinkle the chopped Oreo Cookies around the edge of the pie just before serving.

Step 6
Top with whipped cream and coloured sprinkles. Oreo Birthday Ice Cream Pie is ready!
