For the Recipe
- 2 tsp cadbury cocoa powder
- 2 pieces bananas
- 6 pieces dates without pit
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup rolled oats
Directions

Cut the bananas into pieces and refrigerate them for 5 hours. Now, take a blender jar and add frozen banana.

Next, add dates. Make sure dates are without pits.

Now pour some chilled milk. You can use any milk as per your choice. Now blend it until you get a smooth consistency.

Take a small bowl and transfer ¼on of the shake into the bowl. Keep it aside.

Now add some rolled oats into the remaining smoothie mixer.

Add cocoa powder next and blend it again.


Add pre-stored banana shake on the top. Serve immediately.
You can replace dates with honey or brown sugar for more sweetness.
