Servings
For the Recipe
- Rawa (Suji) - 1 cup
- Ghee - 3 tsp
- Sugar - 1 / 2 cup
- Water - 1 cup (adjust as required)
- Cardamom powder - 1 / 3 teaspoon
- Cadbury Fuse (chopped) 20 grams (1 small packet)
- Finely chopped pistachio for garnishing
- Silver / golden varq (optional for garnishing)
Directions

Heat ghee in a pan and gently sauté the rava over low to medium heat until it becomes aromatic and turns a beautiful light golden colour.

Add the sugar and water, stirring gently to combine everything well.

Continue cooking over low to medium heat, stirring continuously, until the rava absorbs the liquid and becomes soft, smooth, and beautifully cooked.

Finely chop the Cadbury Fuse chocolate into small pieces so that it melts easily and evenly.

Add the chopped Cadbury Fuse to the warm rava mixture. Stir thoroughly until the chocolate melts completely and blends evenly, giving the mixture a rich chocolate hue.

Remove the pan from the flame and allow the mixture to cool slightly until it is comfortable enough to handle.

Sprinkle in the finely chopped pistachios, if using, and gently mix them through for a delightful nutty crunch.

Grease your palms generously with a little ghee. Take a small portion of the rava-chocolate mixture and gently roll it between your palms to shape it into a smooth, round laddoo.

Arrange the laddoos beautifully on a serving plate. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios and delicate flakes of silver varq for an elegant, festive touch.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving to set properly.
