Servings
For the Recipe
- 1 packet / 13 grams Chopped Dairymilk Chocolate
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 / 2 cup Curd
- 3 / 4 cup Sugar
- 1 / 2 cup oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 / 4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
Directions

In a large bowl, add sugar & oil together.

Whisk sugar & oil gently. Since we aren't using eggs, whisking the sugar into the oil helps create a smoother crumb.

Add the curd and whisk until everything is dissolved and the mixture looks creamy.

Start adding dry ingredients, like all-purpose flour, first.

Then add baking powder carefully.

Add baking soda to the same bowl.

Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Don't overmix.

Add chopped Dairy milk chocolate into the cake batter. The sugar in the chocolate will slightly caramelize against the batter while baking, giving you those deep, toffee-like notes.

Fill cupcake liners about 3/4 full. Top each cupcake with the remaining chopped Dairy Milk. Bake them for 18-20 minutes at 180°C or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool down.

Now, make a small hole in the middle of the cakes. Pipe or swirl caramel sauce onto the cooled cakes. Garnish & enjoy.
You can store it for 1 week.
