Directions

Take Cadbury bars, break it into small pieces.

Melt and whisk.

Take fresh chana. Add sugar to it. Cook on low flame, stirring continuously to make it soft & smooth.

Once cool, take small portions and roll them into small balls, without cracks.

Dip them in the melted chocolate for a thick coat.

Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature. Once firm, your Mono-bhara is ready. Garnish & serve.
