Servings
For the Recipe
- 8 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 4 pieces motichur ladoo (store bought)
- 4 pieces almonds
- Edible golden bark for decoration (optional)
Directions

Gently crumble all ladoos in a bowl and reshape them into bite-sized, tight round balls (about the size of a walnut). Smaller portions work best for a balanced chocolate-to-ladoo ratio.

Add one almond inside the laddo & roll it again.

Put the tray into the freezer for 20–30 minutes

Finely chop the Bournville chocolate so it melts evenly.

Put the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl & microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring thoroughly after each interval, until completely smooth.

Take the chilled ladoos out of the freezer. Drop one ladoo into the melted dark chocolate. Use a fork to gently roll it around until it is fully coated. Lift the ladoo with the fork, and gently tap the fork against the rim of your bowl so the excess chocolate drips back into the bowl. Carefully slide the coated ladoo back onto the parchment paper using a toothpick or a second fork.

Decorate with some golden bark & enjoy.
A tiny pinch (optional, but highly recommended to elevate the dark chocolate flavor)
Do not skip freezing the ladoos. Store-bought ladoos are naturally soft and greasy. If they aren't completely chilled and firm, they will break apart and melt right into your warm chocolate pool.
