Servings
For the Recipe
- 8 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 6 pieces fried golgappa
- ½ cup ice cream (any flavor)
- Cake sprinkles for decoration
Directions

Break the Bournville bars into small pieces. You can melt them using a double boiler or in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring in between.

Carefully dip each prefried golgappa into the melted dark chocolate using a fork or a toothpick. Ensure the outside is fully coated.

Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and pop them in the fridge for 15 minutes until set.

Gently poke a hole in the top of your chocolate-coated shells. Fill them with a small scoop of vanilla or coffee ice cream (add this right before serving).

Garnish & serve immediately.
To make them look "gourmet," drizzle a little chocolate over the dark shells or sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
