Servings
For the Recipe
- 6 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 4 pieces bread slices
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
- 4 tsp butter
- 4 pieces chopped strawberries for Garnish ( optional )
Directions

Lightly butter one side of each bread slice. This side will face the pan

Chop Cadbury Bournville Chocolate.

On the unbuttered side of one slice, place your cheese.

Top the cheese with the chopped Bournville chocolate

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Place the sandwich in the pan. Grill for about 2–3 minutes per side until the bread is golden brown and the Bournville chocolate is gooey.

Remove from heat and let it sit for 60 seconds. This prevents the hot chocolate from running out immediately when you cut it. Now cut the bread into a triangle shape & serve immediately.
For more flavor, you can add a pinch of sea salt.
