Ingredients

Servings
For the Recipe
- 4 packets Dairymilk chocolate
- 2 cups Digestive biscuits crumbs
- ⅔ cup Unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 ½ cups full-fat cream cheese
- 1 ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Directions

Mix the biscuit crumbs and cinnamon in a bowl.

Pour in the melted butter and stir until it looks like wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9-inch springform tin or glass bowl, or jar. Pop this in the fridge while you make the filling.

In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until it reaches stiff peaks. Be careful not to turn it into butter! Set this aside.

Add the vanilla and cinnamon, mixing until fully incorporated. You can add lemon juice too if you want, but it's totally optional.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.

Smooth the filling over the chilled crust.

Melt & mix Dairymilk & warm cream in a bowl.

Pour melted chocolate all over the cheese, mixing. Chill for at least 6 hours. Enjoy.
You can store it for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
