Servings
For the Recipe
- Rolled Oats - 1 & 1 / 2 tsp
- Ghee - 1 teaspoon
- Cashew nuts - 1 tsp
- Almonds - 1 tsp
- Walnuts - 1 tsp
- Pistachio - 1 tsp
- Desiccated Coconut - 1 / 2 cup
- Seedless Dates -7-8
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder - 1 tsp
- Silver varq (optional for garnishing)
Directions

Heat ghee in a pan and gently roast the oats

Add nuts to the pan and roast everything on low-medium heat until aromatic and lightly toasted.

Now, add the desiccated coconut and roast for a few minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.

Transfer the roasted mixture to a blender jar and blend until it reaches a fine, powdery texture.

Add the seedless dates to the blender jar

Stir in Cadbury Cocoa powder, and blend everything again until the dates are finely processed and the mixture comes together.

Grease a modak mould generously with ghee

Pour the prepared mixture into the mould, pressing it gently and firmly into the mould so the modak holds its shape.

Carefully demould the modak and arrange it beautifully on a serving plate.

Finish with delicate flakes of silver varq for an elegant and festive touch.

Serve up these divine, wholesome Oats & Dry Fruit Modaks, delicately crafted with Cadbury Cocoa Powder, a guilt-free indulgence made with love for Ganpati Bappa.
