Servings
For the Recipe
- 10 pieces Dairymilk chocolate
- 2 pieces overripe bananas
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 piece egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
Directions

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Mix in the sugar and egg until well combined. In this stage, you can add vanilla essence as well (optional).

Sprinkle the baking soda over the mixture and stir.

Gently fold in the flour. You can choose any type of flour.

Fold in about 3/4 of your chopped Dairymilk chocolate.

Do not overmix, or the cake will be tough. Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chunks on top. Bake for 35–40 minutes at 200°C.

Stick a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs. Let it cool & enjoy.
Let it cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
