Servings
For the Recipe
- 30 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 1 packet cake mix
- ½ cup curd
- ¼ cup milk
- 3 tsp butter
- 4tsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- 3 tsp sugar
Directions

Whisk the curd, milk, and melted butter first.

Fold in the cake mix into the same bowl.

Add cocoa powder for chocolatey richness.

Gently mix everything until you get a smooth consistency.

Transfer the batter into a cake mold. Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes. Once done, use the toothpick test!

Once the cake is cool, turn it upside down. The bottom of a cake baked in a tin is perfectly flat and has fewer crumbs. Place the cake on a wire cooling rack.

For the chocolate glaze, combine water, butter, sugar, and cocoa powder in a pan and mix immediately.

Keep whisking until the brown foam disappears and the colour gets darker.

Next, add chopped Bournville chocolate and keep mixing until you get a glossy consistency.

Pour the glaze over the cake. The excess will run down the sides and collect in the tray below, leaving the edges of your cake clean. Let it set & enjoy.
Clean and reheat the knife for every single slice. This ensures the mirror finish stays perfect all the way to the plate.
