Servings
For the Recipe
- 10 pieces of Dark Chocolate
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp thick curd
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tsp sugar
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup almonds
- 4 tsp milk
Directions

In an air fryer-safe glass dish or pan, combine the melted dark chocolate and curd first. Use thick curd for the best results. This acts as the egg replacer, providing moisture and helping the brownie rise.

Now add melted ghee. It adds a nutty aroma and keeps the brownie moist. You can use melted butter as well.

Now, for a chocolatey richness, use Cadbury cocoa powder.

Add vanilla essence for a cakey flavour.

Add sugar for sweetness. If you want a healthy version, then you can use jaggery as well.

Add baking powder & mix it.

Now, take all-purpose flour or any flour of your choice.

Pour in the milk to adjust the thickness of the batter.

Mix well with the help of a spatula until you achieve a smooth, thick, pourable consistency. Adjust this slightly to ensure the batter isn't too dry or too runny. It should be of a thick and pourable consistency.

Transfer the batter to an air fryer-safe glass dish. Sprinkle some chopped almonds. Set the temperature to 180°C (350°F) and air fry for 12 minutes.

Carefully remove the dish from the airfryer and let it sit for at least 5-10 minutes. Let it cool slightly & enjoy.
1. In the fridge, these brownies will last for up to 5 to 7 days.
2. After baking the brownie in the air fryer for 12 minutes, check the doneness using a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out with batter or if it still feels wet inside, bake the brownie for another 5 minutes at 180°C.
