For the Recipe
- 6 pieces Bournville Dark Chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 6 tsp strawberry puree
- ½ cup milk
- 6 tsp oil
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 / 4 tsp Baking soda
- ¼ cup chopped strawberries for garnishing
Directions

In a large bowl, mix maida, powdered sugar, and strawberry puree.

Add milk, oil & give it a gentle mix.

For fluffiness, add baking powder and baking soda. Mix it again.

Microwave & melt Cadbury Bournville chocolate until melted.

Pour melted Bournville chocolate into the cake batter & give it a final mix.

Grease a baking mold, and pour the cake batter. Place a steamer rack in a large pot with boiling water (water should reach halfway up the side of the tin).

Steam for 35-40 minutes over medium-low heat. A skewer should come out with a few moist crumbs attached.

Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before unmolding. Garnish & enjoy.
You can store it for 2 weeks in an airtight container.
