Servings
For the Recipe
- ½ cup Cadbury cocoa powder
- 20 pieces Cadbury Bournville chocolate
- 1 cup whipped cream
- ¼ cup coffee powder
- 2 packets biscuits
- 2 tsp Biscoff spread
- 5 tsp mascarpone cheese
Directions

In a medium-sized bowl, mix chilled whipped cream, mascarpone cheese, and Biscoff cream spread & whisk it until mixed. Continue until you reach stiff peaks. Your mascarpone cheese is ready.

Line the bottom of a 20cm square glass bowl or tray with a layer of the biscuits. Spread 1/3 of the mascarpone cream over the biscuits

Cover one layer with some coffee powder.

Repeat one more layer with some more biscuits.

Cover the biscuits with another layer of cream.

Now cover the cream layer with some Cadbury cocoa powder.

Take a bowl and break some Cadbury Bournville chocolates. Microwave & melt for 1 minute.

Pour the melted chocolate all over the cocoa powder on top. Now refrigerate it for 3-4 hours. This allows the biscuits to soften into a cake-like texture.

Right before serving, dust the top generously with extra Bournville Cocoa powder. Enjoy.
For the best result, you can refrigerate the icebox cake overnight.
