For the Recipe
- 8 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 5 tsp of Cadbury cocoa powder
- ¾ cup rice flour
- 3 tsp sugar
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- ¾ cup milk
Directions

Combine Bournville chocolate and warm whipping cream, stirring until melted.

Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and divide it into six equal portions.Place in the refrigerator and freeze for one hour.

Mix glutinous rice flour, corn starch, and sugar with milk in a pan .

Add cocoa powder into the same pan and start mixing.

Pour it into a non-stick pan and stir continuously over low heat until it forms a cohesive mass with a chewy texture.

Pull it for above 5 minutes for that perfect elasticity.

Use this mochi dough to encase the chocolate filling.

Dust the finished mochi with cocoa powder.Indulge in a rich and silky-smooth treat!
