For the Recipe
- 10 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 bowl strawberries
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 4 tsp honey
- 20 pieces digestive biscuits
Directions

Crush biscuits into fine crumbs. Use a food processor to make fine powder.

Transfer the powder into a cheesecake mould or any bowl, then add melted butter and mix it.

Press this firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch springform tin. Chill it in the fridge while preparing the rest.

Take another blending jar and add cream cheese and chopped strawberries.

For more sweetness, put honey into the same blending jar and blend it.

Pour this over the chilled base and smooth the top.

Refrigerate it again for another 30 minutes.

Break Cadbury Bournville into a bowl. Microwave it for 1 minute.

Drizzle it over the cheesecake. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 6 hours.

Before serving, top with fresh strawberry halves.
Some fresh cream can be added with melted chocolate for a more velvety texture.
