Peppermint Mocha Madness: Coffee Shop Worthy Drinks at Home

Brew strong coffee, warm milk, and mix cocoa with sugar. Stir into coffee, add peppermint extract, and froth warm milk. Pour into coffee, stir, and optionally top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies for a delightful peppermint mocha.

1.Brew Coffee/Espresso

Brew a strong cup of coffee or make 2 shots of espresso using your preferred method.

2.Heat Milk

Warm 1 cup of milk in a saucepan or microwave until it's heated but not boiling.

3.Mix Cocoa and Sugar

Combine 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder with 2 tablespoons of sugar in a small bowl.

4.Prepare Mocha Mix

Stir the cocoa-sugar mix into the brewed coffee or espresso.

5.Add Peppermint Extract

Mix in 1/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract, adjusting to taste.

6.Froth Milk

Froth the warm milk until creamy using a frother or whisk.

7.Combine and Garnish

Pour the frothed milk into the coffee-cocoa mix, stir gently, and optionally top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies.
