Eid Al-Fitr Fusion Dessert: How To Make Chocolate Custard With Gulab Jamun

Ingredients

2 cups milk
2 tbsp custard powder
3 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp sugar
6 mini Gulab Jamuns

Make Custard Base

Mix custard powder with 4tbsp of cold milk. Heat remaining milk on medium heat and add sugar.

Add Chocolate

Stir in cocoa powder. Slowly pour in custard mixture and stir well. Cook until thick.

Assemble

Pour warm custard into serving bowls, place gulab jamun in each bowl and garnish with chocolate shavings.

Chill and Serve

Refrigerate custard for 30 minutes or more. Serve chilled.
