Ingredients

200g frozen bananas (or mango)
100ml Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Mixed fresh fruits (berries, figs, or citrus)
Chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)

Blend Base

To make a creamy, naturally sweet gelato base, blend frozen bananas, yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

Chill (Optional)

To improve the gelato's consistency and give it a firmer, scoopable texture, freeze the mixture for ten to fifteen minutes.

Assemble Bowls

To add natural sweetness, scoop gelato into bowls and top with vibrant, fresh fruits like oranges, figs, or berries.

Add Crunch

For more texture, richness, and nutrition, scatter chopped nuts like walnuts, pistachios, or almonds on top.

Serve And Savor
