200g raspberries
200g sugar
200g flour
2 eggs
100g butter
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp baking powder
Grease a cake tray and preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add the eggs and lemon zest after creaming the butter and sugar.
Stir in the raspberries, flour, and baking powder.
After filling the tray, bake it for 25 to 30 minutes. Before serving, let it cool.
