½ cup whole milk yogurt
1 egg
1 tsp honey + more for serving
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 lemon
4 bread slices
4 strawberries, sliced
In a small mixing bowl, combine yogurt, egg, honey, cinnamon, and lemon zest.
Whisk well until fully incorporated and appears like custard.
Spread the mixture into the toast and top with sliced strawberries.
Bake at 400°F for 10 to 13 minutes and serve immediately with a drizzle of honey on the top.
