2 tbsp. chia seeds (instead of basil seeds)
1/4 cup vegan vermicelli (rice or cornstarch-based)
2 tbsp. rose syrup
1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
1 scoop vegan vanilla ice cream
Pre-made vegan jelly (optional)
Chopped fruits (mango, strawberries, or grapes)
Chia seeds should be soaked in water for ten minutes to cause swelling.
As directed on the package, boil the vermicelli, drain, and set aside. Arrange the cooked vermicelli, chia seeds, and rose syrup in a glass.
Add a dollop of vegan ice cream on top after adding the coconut or almond milk.
For added texture and taste, garnish with chopped fruits and jelly.
