3 ripe bananas
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Peel and mash bananas with fork.
Add maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to bananas. Mix well.
Add in flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet mix. Combine well.
Pour the batter into greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool the bread and slice it to serve.
