Unique Hazelnut Cookies Blending Indian Spices And Festive Flair

Ingredients

100g hazelnut flour
100g all-purpose flour
80g butter (softened)
60g powdered sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
Few saffron strands (soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk)
1 tsp rose water
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder

Cream Sugar And Butter

Beat powdered sugar and softened butter until they are light and fluffy. For added taste and aroma, blend in cardamom, rose water, and saffron milk.

Mix Dry Ingredients

Add baking powder, salt, hazelnut flour, and all-purpose flour. Mix gradually into the moist ingredients to create a dough that is soft and fragrant.

Shape And Bake

Flatten the dough a little or roll it into tiny balls. Transfer to a prepared baking pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden, at 170°C.

Cool And Savor

Allow cookies to cool fully so that the flavors can develop. For a sophisticated festive touch, sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve as is.
