Triple Chocolate Layered Rainbow Jello: A Fun And Indulgent Treat For All Ages

Ingredients

1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chips
3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
3 cups whole milk
6 boxes (510g) assorted flavored gelatin (red, blue, green, yellow, etc)
6 cups boiling water

Prepare Gelatin

Sprinkle 1 tbsp gelatin over ½ cup of cold milk and let it bloom for a few minutes. Heat ½ cup milk in a saucepan on low heat. Stir in chocolate then add bloomed gelatin.

Set in Fridge

Pour the prepared mix into greased dish and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Repeat with white chocolate and dark chocolate chips. The chocolate layer would be bottom.

Prepare Rainbow Jello Layers

Dissolve each colored jello separately in 1 cup boiling water then add ½ cup cold water. Pour jello in rainbow color order and set each layer.

Serve

Top off the chocolate layers with the rainbow jello layers. Garnish and serve.
