Ingredients For the Cupcakes:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 tsp baking powder
2 large eggs

Ingredients For the Frosting and Decorations:

1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk (or cream)
Mini pretzels (antlers)
Red and brown candies for noses, and candy eyes

Prepare

Set the oven to 350°F (175°C, and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Make Batter

Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl. Beat in eggs and make a smooth batter.

Pour and Bake

Pour the batter into lined molds and bake for 20 minutes then let them cool.

Make the Frosting

Beat butter and mix powdered sugar. Adjust the consistency with some milk.
