2 tbsp Rice Flour
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp Ghee
1/4 cup Water
Peel and mash ice apples to make a smooth pulp.
Add grated jaggery and water to a pan and heat on low flame to melt jaggery. Strain to remove impurities.
Gradually add in rice flour and stir continuously. Cook for 2-3 minutes until it's thick. Add some cardamom powder and ghee for flavor.
Stir in ice apple pulp and cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Combine well.
Remove and let cool. Shape into small balls and serve.
