1 1/2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine shredded coconut, almond flour and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir well to make a dough.
Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake until the top appears golden brown. Use melted chocolate as a filling to make macaroon sandwich and serve.
