20–25 ladyfinger biscuits
1 cup fruit puree
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup vanilla custard
½ cup sugar syrup
1 cup fresh fruit slices
¼ cup chocolate shavings
Dip lady fingers in sugar syrup and arrange in a round cake pan.
Spread fruit pudding on top of ladyfingers, this will be the first layer.
Add the second layer of vanilla custard and spread it out evenly.
Add the third layer of whipped cream and spread evenly. Once layering is done, chill the pudding.
Serve the pudding in plates, garnish with chocolate drizzle or shavings, and enjoy.
