1 cup mango pulp 1/2 cup whipping cream 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp gelatin or agar-agar 2 tbsp water 2–3 Cadbury Chocobakes cakes
Slice Chocobakes cake in half. Chill so that they hold shape well in mousse.
Bloom agar-agar into 2tbsp cold water for 5 minutes. Mix mango pulp. Condensed milk, and lemon juice and stir in dissolve agar-agar.
Whip chilled cream and fold into mango mixture in small batches for even mixing.
Layer the prepared mousse and Chocobakes cake in dessert glasses. Chill for a few hours and serve.
