24 Oreo cookies 4 tablespoons melted butter 1 liter (4 cups) vanilla ice cream 1 liter (4 cups) mango ice cream, chocolate ice cream, or flavor of your choice
Crush Oreo cookies to a fine powder using a food processor. Mix it with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.
Spread first layer of vanilla ice cream evenly over Oreo base. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Spread the second flavor of ice cream. You can choose between mango and chocolate ice cream. Use summer complementary flavor. Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Once the cake is frozen solid, remove from pan. Drizzle melted chocolate or fruit sauce over it. Decorate as you like and enjoy.
