1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1–2 tbsp cold water
1 cup milk
2 tbsp cornflour
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix flour and sugar, add cold butter and mix well. Add cold water gradually to make a dough. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Roll dough to sheets then fit into mini tart pans. Prick dough with fork and bake for 15 minutes.
Mix sugar, corn flour, and milk. Cook on medium heat and when thick, add vanilla and cream cheese. Mix well.
Spoon the cooled custard into tart shell. Decorate the tops with chopped fruits of choice. Chill and serve.
