1 cup mango pulp 1/2 cup cold whipping cream 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup chopped walnuts 1/3 cup sugar 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp butter A pinch of salt
Combine mango pulp and condensed milk. Add some sweetener of choice. Fold in whipped cream and pour mousse into glasses to chill.
Take 1/3 cup sugar and 2 tbsp water in a saucepan. Heat and swirl the pan until caramel turns golden. Add butter and chopped walnuts with salt.
Cool the prepared walnut caramel mixture. Pour it over the mousse evenly.
Drizzle some chopped walnuts on top for garnish and serve chilled.
