Crush 6–8 Oreo biscuits. Use a food processor or rolling pin. Leave some larger pieces for crunchiness in each spoonful.
Use chilled thick Greek yogurt or curd. Whisk together honey or maple syrup until you have a smooth consistency. A bit of vanilla may be added for additional richness.
Rinse and chop strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries. If you're using frozen berries, allow them to thaw before adding them. Gently mash some so they release some juice.
In a jar or glass, begin with a spoon of Oreo crumble, then yogurt, and berries. Keep going until filled. End with a dust of Oreo and some berry or two on top.
Place it in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes. This sets the yogurt and the layers slightly mix together. Serve chilled with a spoon—excellent for snack time or dessert.
