2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup jaggery
1/2 cup neutral oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp rose water
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a bundt pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and cardamom.
Whisk honey, jaggery melted, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and rose water.
Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir to make batter.
Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes.
Cool off the cake, garnish with nuts, and serve.
