Simple Peanut Butter Cake Recipe For Your Next Indian Festive Feast

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar 2 large eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 1/4 cup ghee or vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat your oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line round baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix the dry ingredients

Whisk flour, baking powder, and cardamom powder.

Combine wet ingredients

Mix peanut butter, sugar, eggs, milk, ghee, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.

Blend together

Add dry mixture to wet mixture gradually and mix until well combined.

Bake

Pour batter to lined cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Cool and Serve

Let the cake cool then slice it up for serving.
