Silky Cocoa Phirni With Pistachios: A Decadent Dessert For Your Eid Table

Ingredients

1 liter full-fat milk
50g basmati rice (soaked, ground to a paste)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
80g dark chocolate (chopped)
3 tbsp sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped pistachios

Simmer Milk

Boil milk in a pan, stirring constantly until it reduces slightly and thickens.

Add Rice Paste

Mix in ground rice paste, cooking and stirring until it attains a creamy state.

Mix Cocoa And Sugar

Mix in cocoa powder, sugar, and cardamom, well to add flavor.

Melt Chocolate

Add chopped dark chocolate, stirring until it melts evenly into the mix.

Garnish And Serve

Fill bowls, chill, and finish with chopped pistachios just before serving.
