1 cup rava
1 cup besan
½ cup ghee
¾ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup milk
1 tbsp chopped nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
1 tsp cardamom powder
A pinch of salt (to balance sweetness)
Roast rava and besan seperately. Once roasted, keep it aside.
Take a generous amount of ghee in the pan, once its melted, add roasted rava and besan. Stir and roast.
Add Sweeteners and Flavor
Add milk to the mixture to help it bind better. Add chopped nuts for crunch.
Shape the ladoos and let them set in the fridge for perfect shape.
