Introduction

Safed gajar ka halwa is a lovely delicacy that provides a melt-in-mouth texture thanks to its preparation using desi ghee. The halwa is further packed with nuts and is a must-try during the winter season.

Ingredients

2 cups grated white carrots
1 cup of milk
1 cup of condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
3-4 tablespoons ghee
1/2 cup khoya
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Almonds, cashews, and pistachios

Cook Carrot

Sauté grated white carrots in ghee till tender. Cook until the milk and condensed milk are thickened.
