Red Velvet Trifle Recipe Layered With Delight

Ingredients

1 batch of red velvet cake cut into cubes
2 cups cream cheese frosting
2 cups whipped cream
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Fresh raspberries or strawberries

Cut cake to cubes

Use homemade red velvet cake and cut it into cubes. In a large trifle dish, place the cake cubes at the bottom.

Layer the cake

Spoon a layer of frosting on the cake and spread it well. Now add a layer of whipped cream over the frosting and sprinkle some chocolate chips.

Repeat

Repeat the layers until the dish is filled to the rim and finish off with whipped cream on top.

Decorate

Decorate the trifle with raspberries and strawberries then refrigerate for an hour and serve.
