3 medium carrots (peeled and chopped)
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
Chocolate Glaze
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line round cake pan.
Blend carrots, eggs, oil, and sugar until smooth. Add in flour and baking powder to make batter.
Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Glaze the cake with chocolate glaze and set in the fridge. Slice and serve.
