250 g all-purpose flour
150 ml warm water
1 tsp yeast
50 g sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
150 g fresh raspberries
1 tbsp powdered sugar for dusting
Make a soft dough using flour, yeast, sugar, water, and olive oil. Let it rise for an hour.
Place the dough on a pan that has been oiled, then sprinkle the raspberries on top and gently press them into the dough.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and fluffy, at 180°C (350°F).
Let cool somewhat, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve this delicious treat with an Italian flair.
