Rainbow Swirl Ice Cream with Chocolate Chips: A Cool, Colorful Summer Delight

Ingredients

cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips
6 different food colors

Make Ice Cream Base

Whisk heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves. Chill in the fridhe for 1 hour.

Churn Ice Cream

Pour chilled mixture into ice cream maker and churn until it gets soft-serve consistency. Fold in chocolate chips.

Create Rainbow Swirl

Divide ice cream into six bowls. Color each with a different food color. Layer the ice cream into a loaf pan and make marble effect with a skewer.

Freeze and Serve

Cover the pan and freeze for 4 hours until firm. Scoop and serve in ice cream cones.
