250 g all-purpose flour
50 g sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
75 g cold butter, cubed
100 ml milk
1 egg
100 g fresh raspberries
Combine the flour, baking powder, and sugar. Then, massage in the butter until it crumbles. Gently stir in the egg, milk, and raspberries to create a dough.
After rolling out the dough, cut it into rounds and bake it for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden, at 200°C (400°F).
For a traditional tea-time treat, gently cool and serve warm with jam or clotted cream.
