200g canned pumpkin
100g butter, softened
150g brown sugar
1 egg
200g flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
Put parchment paper on a baking pan and preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add pumpkin, egg, vanilla, and sugar after creaming butter and sugar.
Add baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour and sift until well blended.
Spoon onto a baking sheet, then bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Let these soft, spicy pumpkin cookies cool and savor.
